GOCHISOU is the restaurant on the first floor of the main building, PREMIER.
Here, we provide local dishes and cuisine that's a blend of Japanese and Western styles, all made with plenty of local ingredients by our hotel's exclusive chef.
Breakfast and lunch are buffets where you can choose from a large variety of dishes, and dinner is a set menu.
Each style allows you to experience the flavor of Ehime.
Breakfast BuffetHours: 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Last orders at 9:00 p.m.
For breakfast, we serve over 30 dishes of local cuisine and cuisine that's a blend of Japanese and Western styles, all prepared using local ingredients. There are coffee machines and to-go cups with lids in the restaurant so you can take your coffee with you.
Lunch BuffetHours: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Last orders at 2:30 p.m.
Choose 1 main dish of either fish or meat. Everything else is buffet style, so you can enjoy a variety of western dishes and creative cuisine.。
DinnerHours: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Last orders at 9:00 p.m.
We serve set menus. Choose from a selection of menus all featuring the best of Ehime produce. We have a collection of beer, non-alcoholic beer, and various other alcoholic drinks like sake and shochu.
Note: If you make a reservation for 30 people or more, dinner will be served as a buffet.
